“This foolish plan of God is wiser than the wisest of human plans, and God’s weakness is stronger than the greatest of human strength.” 1 Corinthians 1:25

Who needs to hear the gospel? Is it those who do not know Christ? Believing the gospel is not only the means by which we become Christians, it is the means by which we are delivered in our Christian lives from all causes of disagreements, factions, dissensions and pressure etc.

Wisdom is valuable and it’s is better than having riches, because wisdom provides for us beyond the material world.  This is why when King Solomon could ask God for whatever he wanted, so he asked for wisdom as in (1 Kings 3:2-14).  When we seek wisdom, its benefits extend beyond our brain and flow into our lives, relationships, future and other areas.  Humility opens the door of opportunity, Solomon displayed humility when he asked for Wisdom. God was pleased with him because wisdom is a fundamental attribute of God.  He was a world changer from the start.  A significant turning point is in chapter 11 when his heart was not devoted to God.

God created and rules the world with wisdom, asserting that His understanding is behind all natural and sovereign operations.  Jeremiah 10:12 declare, "He made the earth by his power, who established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding stretched out the heavens".

God’s wisdom is demonstrated in His governance over world events, including the rise and fall of kings, times, and seasons. God's wisdom is portrayed is far superior to human understanding, with His ways being much higher than human ways. The Bible emphasizes that God uses His wisdom to carry out His purposes, even when they are not understood by humans.

We are reminded in Proverbs 9:10 that “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”

Pray your response to the Lord personally, meaningfully and genuinely!

Reflect:

Daily allow wisdom from the Lord to be your foundation.  Tomorrow is too big to try it alone!
