Something New!

Breaking out of our normal routine can renew our energy by giving us a fresh perspective and expanding possibilities. Stepping outside comfort zone may also help us feel braver, which increases confidence and feelings of self-worth.

God is always doing new things and He invites us to join Him on this journey of transformation. We let go of the past and trust in God’s perfect timing.  He has amazing things in store for us. We glorify God by spending quality time with him.

Holding onto past regrets, pain, or even former glories can blind us to the fresh starts God wants to provide for us. God doesn't just promise to make a way through the wilderness. The analogy "streams in the wasteland" represents sudden, refreshing provision in areas of life that feel dry, hopeless, or barren. There is the challenge to look beyond our current, limited circumstances. God's restorative work often begins like a seed sprouting that requires faith to experience growth, just like a plant does.

In Isaiah, God calls us not to fear, He calls each one of us  by name, he reminds us that he is with us when we go through deep waters, and through rivers of difficulty and when we walk through fire of oppression we will not burn as Isaiah 43:1 explains.

Pray your response to the Lord personally, meaningfully and genuinely.

Reflect:

He invites us to join Him on this journey of transformation. So, let go of the past, embrace the new, and trust in God's perfect timing in your journey.

What “wilderness” or dry wasteland like old habits, past failures, lingering grief do I need to let go of to make room for a new path?
